Privacy Policy
Last updated June 25, 2026
rbtfl is built to collect as little as possible. You can read the entire site without an account and without being tracked across the web. This policy explains the two cases where we do handle data: when you sign in, and aggregate visitor analytics.
if you sign in
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive and store a minimal profile so we can operate your account:
- your name and email address;
- your profile photo URL, if your provider supplies one;
- a last-seen timestamp.
This is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and is readable and writable only by you. We use it to run your account and, in future, the topics you follow and any alerts you set. The sign-in step itself is handled by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies; we never see your password.
analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It records aggregate, non-identifying signals such as page views, referrers and approximate country. We do not build advertising profiles and we run no third-party ad trackers.
cookies and local storage
If you sign in, Firebase Authentication keeps a session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Analytics sets no cookies. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
who processes your data
- Google Firebase, for authentication and the account database;
- Vercel, for hosting and cookieless analytics;
- Google or Apple, for the sign-in step you choose.
We do not sell your data.
retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its stored data at any time by emailing humans@humblepaper.co; we will remove it.
children
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
