Korea Times reported that Finance Minister Koo Yun-cheol announced the government would lower the cap on domestic fuel prices to reflect the decline in global crude oil prices and freeze electricity and natural gas rates in H2 2026, with the price cap system to remain until consumer prices are fully stabilised.
