Bloomberg broke the story at 04:05 UTC reporting Samsung Group is preparing a 1,000 trillion won ($646 billion) investment plan over 10 years, the largest in South Korean history, with a Blue House briefing scheduled for Monday June 30. SK Hynix is separately preparing a plan in the hundreds of billions of won.
