What it is

NdFeB (neodymium-iron-boron) rare earth permanent magnets are the strongest commercially available permanent magnets. The primary rare earth ingredients are neodymium and praseodymium (NdPr); dysprosium and terbium are added to raise coercivity, preventing demagnetization at the high operating temperatures inside EV motors.
